As most parts of the India are suffering from this pathetic disease called female infanticide.
Main reason for this has been the dowry or no return of investment that parents make upon a girl's education.
So government should come forward and make the education for girls totally free and parents with more than one girl child should be paid a pension of Rs.2000 per month.
So what do you think , can this idea improve our sex ratio???
