It is often heard that the "Puja Materials used could have been used to feed the poor. The money spent on the SPORTSMEN could have been used as salaries to many etc etc, in similar way.
Here the point all these advisers miss is that human does not just keep eating and living but has his social life to lead. Puja are the sporting activity etc are an integral part of his daily life which cater to his psyche and well being.
These so called poor are first to try to improve themselves and only then ask for any help which could make a quantum jump in their improvement of life. But not just keep begging even for their daily living. Such poor do not have right to ask for doles and the people who advocate such doles have their priorities wrong.
I am from a poor beginning but have made it to someone in life due my father's single minded effort to educate us and make life for ourselves.
Can anyone guarantee that someday the so called POOR would not be on this earth? No, who does not make effort but keep looking for perpetual dole will never come out of poverty;. Let these advocates of doles look after such lazy and lifeless lot.
